What you’ll do:

The Senior Associate, Global Brand Marketing will be a part of a small but growing team responsible for designing and executing 360-degree global marketing campaigns for TTD’s target audiences, priority markets, and key product and business initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working on omnichannel marketing campaigns, building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, and is a detail-orientated project manager. 

  • Alongside Senior Manager, Global Brand Marketing and General Manager, Global Marketing, support the planning, development, execution, optimization, and measurement of TTD’s global campaign initiatives
  • Partner with global brand marketing team, marketing leadership, and global business stakeholders to ideate and help coordinate campaign strategies, messaging and positioning
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive campaign briefs; develop tactical briefs and lead project management of campaign tactic creation and delivery.
  • Partner with TTD’s internal creative agency to produce innovative, inspiring campaign creative that differentiates our brand and products from competitors’ and delivers against campaign objectives
  • Coordinate with key cross-functional stakeholders, such as regional marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, communications, editorial, sales, data partnerships, inventory partnerships, et. Al. to ensure campaign tactics are executed on-time, on-budget, and meet program objectives
  • Develop and drive cross-functional campaign project plans to ensure operational excellence and flawless campaign execution
  • Partner with marketing analytics team & digital team to establish measurement frameworks, monitor campaign performance, and course-correct as campaign execution unfolds
  • Constantly strive to improve and streamline operational and communication processes among cross-functional campaign teams
  • Contribute to the continued evolution of the campaign “playbook” to establish best practices for the planning and execution of TTD marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate and contribute to campaign post-mortem process, ensuring learnings are captured and applied to future campaigns
  • Maintain global campaigns calendar and lead global calendar update process.

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience working in marketing at a brand or agency
  • Experience participating in the development of 360 degree, omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Experience with writing creative briefs and working with creative teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Self-starter that is comfortable “working in the grey”, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and deliver on deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, requirements, and timelines by utilizing problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Asana a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels
  • You are driven by strategic thinking and don’t shy away from building and improving.
  • You have a passion for advertising and are excited to build new processes, innovate, test & learn, and love to bring creative ideas to your work

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is

$63,500—$116,500 USD
