ABOUT THE ROLE

Become a key player in transforming the way our payments company manages risk and drives decision-making. In this role at Payrix within FIS, you'll have the opportunity to delve deep into complex data, unraveling insights that shape our risk management strategies and influence the broader business intelligence landscape. You will be at the forefront of identifying trends and patterns that are not just numbers but narratives, telling us where we are heading and what we need to do. By harnessing your analytical prowess, you will not only support our mission of delivering seamless, secure payment solutions but also play a key role in fortifying the trust our customers place in us. The Payrix team has offices in Denver, Atlanta, and Cincinnati. This is a remote eligible role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of BI solutions that improve risk detection, enhance reporting, and optimize business processes.
  • Spearhead data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of risk analytics.
  • Engage in continuous learning about emerging BI tools and technologies, applying them to our business context.
  • Contribute to the development of a data-centric culture within Payrix, advocating for data-driven approaches and decisions.
  • Play a key role in mentorship and knowledge sharing, elevating the BI competencies of the team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven experience in BI tools and technologies, coupled with a strong foundation in data analysis and risk management.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $118,470.00 - $199,030.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
