Join Rally Health as a Senior Project Manager where you will be instrumental in delivering our technical product roadmap. You will lead 2-3 Scrum Teams and provide Project and Program level support across our Data Insights portfolio based on need/skill level. As part of the PMO Group, you will report to the PMO Manager, Data Insights Portfolio and will work with the Product and Engineering groups to ensure quality and timely delivery. You Will:

  • Develop and manage a detailed project and delivery plans
  • Lead the scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum best practices
  • Provide project updates to multiple team members about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments

You Have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Familiar with software development concepts to support the technical direction of the team
  • Experience managing Kanban, Scrum, and other project types
