Location:

  • This position is a hybrid role, on-site 3 days per week at one of the following office locations: Chevy Chase, MD or New York, NY.

Role Overview:

  • As the Senior Director of Acquisition Journey Marketing, you will spearhead the development and execution of lead-to-policy conversion strategies across all our lines of business. Your strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and leadership skills will be essential in driving incremental growth and fostering collaboration with our field sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a robust acquisition strategy for GEICO's insurance products, driving growth in customer acquisition and multi-policy sales.
  • Lead a team of growth and journey marketing specialists, overseeing lead generation, prospecting, and cross-selling efforts across various channels, including email, in-app messaging, SMS, and field sales interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing and Director of Campaign Strategy to align prospecting and acquisition efforts with our overall customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Work alongside the marketing analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and fuel revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and execute testing plans to continuously improve quote completion and policy conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B and incrementality testing on acquisition campaigns to drive performance optimization.
  • Analyze the inquiry/quote/cancel pipeline and provide data-driven recommendations for pipeline improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, infusing new ideas and innovations into our team and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in performance and growth marketing, with a focus on lead generation and lead nurturing.
  • Prior experience in the insurance, financial services, telecom, or subscription-based industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, win back, and funnel/pipeline growth.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing clouds such as Salesforce and Adobe.
  • Experience managing an acquisition funnel that integrates marketing touchpoints with sales and/or call center interactions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive change and foster high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making. Familiarity with A/B and incrementality testing methodologies is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.

Annual Salary

$195,000.00 - $315,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
