The University of Cincinnati Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders is searching for a Represented Adjunct faculty member who will contribute to the department’s teaching, research, and service missions. This is a 12-month per year position as Represented Adjunct (0.99 FTE) with rank (assistant, associate, or full professor) commensurate with education and experience that will preferably begin at the start of January 2022.
This position is primarily responsible for teaching and clinical service/supervision to the Doctor of Audiology program (AuD) in the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department and College of Allied Health Sciences. Teaching and service responsibilities include, but are not limited to, course development, primary instruction of didactic courses; participation in student recruitment, retention, and admissions activities; participation in program committee work including program evaluation, accreditation tasks, and other activities as assigned by Department Chair. While student instruction (didactic or clinical) is central to this position, service and scholarship activities are also required consistent with the missions and faculty evaluative criteria of the University, College, and Department.
