As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the delivery recruitment & sourcing activity for the GE Healthcare business within EMEA. In addition to recruitment delivery you will be a trusted partner to the business embedding yourself as an both an advisor and recruitment talent partner.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle - sourcing through to hiring/on-boarding.
  • Build a trusted partnership with GEHC Business Leaders and HRMs. Demonstrate a proactive Talent acquisition approach utilizing talent insights to inform industry/market trends.
  • Be an Ambassador for GEHC TA, delivering positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders, internal/external candidates from job briefing through to on-boarding.
  • Provide a consultative recruitment partnership to stakeholders ensuring end to end recruitment is managed in a proactive and timely manner with regular communication.
  • Ability to identify business needs, own and develop external pipelines for critical roles and capability gaps.
  • Feedback & Participate in the continuous improvement of the EMEA operating processes/model as we strive towards a best in class Talent Acquisition function.
  • Leverage external partnerships or utilize internal insight tools and share talent or competitor market intelligence with stakeholders and TA peers.
  • Keep up to date with external best practice from other inhouse TA functions. Ensuring GE Healthcare TA remain competitive and up to date with external trends.
  • Ensure Inclusion & Diversity focus is engrained in the way we work.
  • Lead projects working with external agencies or research partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant Recruiting and candidate sourcing experience as an inhouse recruiter
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills and experience across different cultures/geographies.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and drive trust across a diverse organization. Global mind-set with experience and understanding gained from operating across many different geographies and cultures
  • Track record of delivering results and ensuring accountability for recruitment projects
  • Focused on adding value through delivery of key KPI's and development of new resourcing initiatives and project plans.
  • Ability to drive clear communication and engagement at all levels including C-Suite, and present data in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Willingness to travel (occasionally)
  • Contribute to the TA team through personal ownership of culture, engagement, and inclusion
