Main job characteristics:
- Discover the regulatory profession and GxP framework in a multi-national innovative Pharma company, gain new knowledge, and implement in the daily work
- Promptly utilize the newly acquired knowledge in post-approval changes coordination, evaluation, and preparation
- These changes include labeling, CMC, administrative, renewal, site registration, tender, artwork, and so on
- Support the team with operational activities, such as IT systems compliance, manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI), variations, and so on
- Translation and proofreading
- 1-year part time job (23-27 hours in a week, equivalent to part time 50%-60%), with high degree of flexibility
- Location: mostly remotely
Who is the ultimate candidate?
- Student’s position/before internship, who can committee to 1-year, and is at lease in his 3rd year of studies
- Pharmacy students preferable, other health-related degrees acceptable
- Record of eagerness and capacity to learn, quickly grasping new processes and explanations
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to simultaneously manage large workload under pressure, and to cope with tight deadlines
- Performs with a high degree of accuracy and focus on details
- Strong IT skills and digital orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foresee and respond to potential problems and opportunities
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
