We have just closed our Series B funding round , the largest venture raise from a european EdTech company in history, led by General Catalyst and GV to accelerate our expansion into the US.

We’re now looking for an exceptional person to be our first Enterprise Customer Success Manager. With deep expertise in client relationships, the enterprise customer success manager will nurture and grow our enterprise client relationships, focusing on unlocking value for our customers, delighting and delivering against their ROI expectations.

This is an opportunity to work for one of the world’s hottest businesses, learn a playbook that has proven successful at multiple pre-IPO companies, and to have fun helping to scale a young business that is helping to solve some of the UK’s biggest social issues.

You will be taught skills that will have a significant impact on the rest of your career: how to excel at building champions; how to strategically drive a book of business; how to create and execute success plans.

Once here, you will be

  • Expected to manage senior relationships at our largest clients (up to CxO level), and to find ways to efficiently care for our smaller clients so that they also feel well looked after.
  • Measured on retention and growth of the business at your clients, as well as how they feel about Multiverse through their Net Promoter Score.
  • Curious, data-oriented and proactive, always searching for ways to improve what we do, as we scale our business geographically.
  • Building great internal relationships, working with cross-functional partners to ensure our broader objectives are met.

  • You have a proven track record in building client relationships that deliver mutual success
  • You have demonstrated excellence in the past and are someone who is highly achievement orientated
  • You want to learn, and can absorb and understand complex subjects quickly

  • You are high energy and love to continually raise the bar in terms of performance and expectations
  • You care deeply about client experience and building long lasting relationships
