Job Description

This is a temporary one-year assignment

The primary focus of the Senior Analyst is to support the Re:Sources Enterprise Financial Operations’ communication, change management and training processes out of the Americas. The Senior Analyst also supports compliance reviews related to the FMC (Financial Monitoring Controls) Segregation of Duties control for Re:Sources USA, along with the periodic Altair and Blackline User Access review process for North America (NAMR). 

Responsibilities:

Communication, Training and Change Management

Experience preparing/ developing Training and Change Management plans:

  • Create and maintain project plans, progress reports, and various other documentation as required by the Re:Sources Management, the Client, Groupe Global or Altair Core Team.
  • Prepare or coordinate training related to process changes for Users of Altair, BlackLine, rOar or Re:Sources US processes within NAMR.
  • Support opportunities to utilize Marcel Classes.
  • Potential opportunities to lead or host training sessions.
  • The ability to pull in other team or Re:Sources Subject Matter Experts as needed.

Communicate changes related to Altair, BlackLine, rOar or Re:Sources US processes to Users, including communication preparation.

  • Encompasses communication for application rollouts or integrations.

Maintain and keep current multiple distribution lists used for communications.

  • Improve the efficacy of the distribution list maintenance process and communication methodology.

Familiarity or experience with preparing process procedure documentation.

Support Groupe Altair communications as needed. This includes the review and proofing of articles and User Guides.

  • In addition to the subjects described above, the Change and Training Analyst collaborates with Publicis Groupe teams, at Groupe, Agency and SCC levels and must be able to build effective working relationships with these teams.

Compliance

  • Experience performing Financial system User compliance reviews
  • Experience/ knowledge of how to create and maintain “audit” trail documentation.
  • Understands the impact of a User’s system Roles and Authorizations as it relates to compliance. Knowledge of roles and Authorization in Altair/ SAP a plus.
  • Improve the efficacy of the compliance review process.

Internal Interactions

  • Personnel of all areas of the company and regional teams, including Managers, Supervisors, employees, and general management.
  • Re:Sources Teams in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica.
  • Actively interacts with other regional COE teams and Groupe support teams globally.

External Interactions

  • With all the brands across the region using Altair, rOar, and BlackLine.
  • In particular with NAMR Agency Finance and Operations teams.
  • FMC, Internal Audit and External Auditors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree completed or advanced studies in Communication, Project Management, Training or Accounting/Administration
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • 2-3 years of work experience in the field of communication, training, project or change management, compliance, or finance/accounting.
  • Familiarity with Altair (SAP), BlackLine, rOar (Clarizen), BlackLine or Service Now a plus.
  • Preferred but not required; competency in French – both oral and business writing, and the ability to translate from English to French.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to function in a teamwork environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Result’s Oriented.
