We seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business.

We are looking for a Program Manager in Singapore to develop and uphold Amazon's Supply Chain Standards. You will drive and integrate effective solutions with an eye towards automation, scalability, and efficiency.

This role will work with global stakeholders on processes, mechanisms, and track key metrics to ensure long-term efficacy of interventions that enable the organization to scale.

The ideal person is a strong organizer, biased for action, sees around corners and can drive process efficiencies effectively across many teams.

Key job responsibilities

  • Raise the bar on content and training management across field operations teams, streamlining processes for translation, ensuring consistency in our communications, and creating regional content and training roadmap.
  • Coordinate across regional teams to operationalize business requests for content, training, and events.
  • Ensure implementation and execution of auditing and operating mechanisms, including tracking goals, escalations, forward looking program needs, and review of key leadership documents
  • Leverage existing and new external partners to provide a catalogue of materials and resources to Amazon businesses in the region.
  • Build and lead long-term strategies to streamline SR processes on engagement with suppliers and vendors.
  • Partner with internal SR teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Rights, Social Sciences, Environment or Sustainability
  • 5+ years’ experience in working on social responsibility and sustainability, preferably in large, complex organization(s)
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing multiple stakeholder groups – both internal and external
  • Ability to work with and lead complex, global, cross-functional teams
  • Experience assessing learning effectiveness to develop solutions that positively impact performance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a similar role in a multi-cultural environment, leading content & training thematic intervention
  • Strong business acumen, creative mindset and strategic thinker
  • Relentlessly high standards combined with strong bias for action
  • Prior experience and/or familiarity with ethical and responsible sourcing, sustainability, supply chain development
  • Experience in developing and driving collaborative relationships with cross functional teams (Human Resource, Compliance, Legal, Public Relations, Sourcing/Procurement, Merchandising, Quality, etc.
  • Experience leveraging technology
