Position Summary

The Australian Government Paid Social Coordinator is responsible for executing UM Biddable Team’s paid social vision. This person works solely on the Australian Government account and ensures that all campaigns are implemented, reported on, paced and optimised at an optimal level.

With the support of the Paid Social Executive this person executes campaigns at an optimal level, delivering their output in a timely and precise manner. Roles and responsibilities are not exclusive to carrying out campaigns, the Paid Social Coordinator supports their team with all ad-hoc queries that help serve the client and their paid social specific queries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement social campaigns across various social media platforms, in line with media plan, strategy doc and MI
  • Buddy checking all implementation of colleague’s work
  • Support with day to day campaign pacing and optimisations with the executive
  • Accurately report on campaign activity to help drive actionable insight for UM Biddable team while ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Communicate campaign performance, pacing issues and trends to social executive
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key vendors and creative agencies that work with the Australian Government account
  • Be a great team player and support to the executive & manager through campaign lifecycle to ensure campaigns are executed at an optimal level
  • Deliver ad hoc requests to ensure clients are serviced appropriately – data requests, insights, invoicing

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience
  • Internship experience
  • Handle numerous campaigns in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, well organised and the ability to prioritise multiples tasks under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • MS Office fluency, including but not limited to excel
