What Will Your Job Look Like?

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide full life cycle recruiting support for the recruitment team. This is an integral role that will contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This will include systems support, data and process management, as well as hiring process coordination and improvements to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain I-9 documentation and perform electronic verifications within 48 hours of receiving
  • Monitor background checks and provide the recruiters the names of completed background checks, expired background check links, and background checks that have items for review
  • Manage new hire offer letters
  • Conduct current employee and new hire file audits on the HR Admin drive and in Workday
  • Contact employees for missing items needed, recheck files after initial missing items are identified, and save missing items to employee folders
  • Retrieve and save signed job descriptions for all new hires
  • Create new folders for all incoming employees, add background check information into employee file prior to first day
  • Transfer current personnel files to terminated files upon severance of employment
  • Conduct OIG checks for contingent workers
  • Conduct WOTC verifications
  • Create and send Career Opportunities email for organization
  • Run and create weekly job requisition reports and distribute to team
  • Audit Workday Recruiting and HCM module for accuracy
  • Send out all New Hire Orientation emails and manage correspondence
  • Manage the Talent email box. Distribute and/or answer all incoming emails accordingly 
  • Manage and respond to reviews left on job boards
  • Generate and provide analysis on reports as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations

All you need is...

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of relevant experience required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of one year experience at MTM and one year of experience in a professional administrative support position required OR a minimum of two years’ experience in a professional administrative support position required
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems management
  • Previous experience using job boards
  • Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
