THE ROLE

Maryville Consulting Group is seeking a consulting leader to deliver high-quality outcomes for enterprise accounts across the US. The Senior Consultant will bring experience participating in and managing Fortune 500 client engagements with industry best practice approaches. Senior Consultants have the opportunity to lead accounts, engagement workstreams, delivery capability expansion initiatives, as well as internal operational initiatives. In all cases, we seek leaders that work to take unstructured problems and drive a well-defined and thorough execution method to delivery.

The Senior Consultant will bring expertise within specific disciplines, such as process consulting, organizational change management, data governance and technology deployment. In addition to specific delivery approach expertise, the Senior Consultant will bring thought leadership within areas of capability expansion for Maryville - such as Customer Experience and Strategy, ITSM/ITOM, and Cloud Strategy & Management.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Senior Consultant on the Digital Operations team, you will:

• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams within our Fortune 500 client base
• Evaluate client problem statements to define strategic roadmaps using data, critical analysis skills, and relevant industry knowledge
• Cultivate customer relationships and become a trusted advisor, providing prescriptive guidance in the development of people, process, and technology for our clients
• Leverage your technology and operations knowledge to identify opportunities for further efficiency and effectiveness with our clients
• Drive Organizational Change efforts through activities such as stakeholder analysis, role mapping, organizational design, communications plans and training
• Become knowledgeable in industry-leading platforms, increasing your capability to not only lead process and automation design, but also deliver value through solution architecture
• Lead and/or execute the design, prototype, development, and deployment of automation solutions for our clients
• Elicit continuous client feedback and address issues quickly and appropriately
• Drive and improve upon defined project standards and implementation methodologies
• Identify opportunities to expand our value proposition with clients through new scope of execution

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years' experience in management or technology consulting environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills -- capable of interacting with executive sponsorship and leaders within Maryville’s client accounts
• Demonstrated initiative in pursuing opportunities for continuous improvement
• Demonstrated leadership in problem statement definition, solution proposal, and solution execution
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% domestically (post-COVID)
• This position is available within the United States as a remote position, or within St. Louis, Minneapolis, or Boston as an office-based role.
