You will join the Bangkok, Jakarta or Kuala Lumpur office and will be part of a regional recruiting team. You will have flexibility to balance between working from office and home locations. You will recruit for assigned practices across your aligned office and regional locations, and drive best practices in its delivery. There is flexibility to hire at recruiter, senior recruiter or executive recruiter level based on experience.
You will be a thought partner and coach to stakeholders on recruiting related topics and will keep abreast of market advancements and firm needs to ensure the best talents are hired and integrated into the firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle, e.g. convening resources, driving processes and contributing to developing best practices. You will translate profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy to approach, attract and cultivate candidate interest, guiding stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, with distinctive candidate and stakeholder experiences.
As subject matter expert for recruiting, you must have credible executive presence with strong commitment to performance excellence. You will build collaborative and trusting relationships. To be successful, you will need to be proactive, goal driven and motivated by an entrepreneurial culture. There is freedom to try new ideas and you are expected to constantly learn and grow and a strong emphasis will be placed on mentorship, apprenticeship and continuous refinement of your craft.
