About the role:

As a Oracle Technical Presales Consultant you will primarily working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining solutions and projects.

What you'll do:

  • Ability to support the design of vendor solutions to meet customer requirements in the Adriatic Region.
  • Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues.
  • Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
  • Deal with product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales and resellers.

What we're kindly looking for:

  • Fluent in English and the local language.
  • 3+ Years of relevant work experience working with Oracle.
  • Good communication and Presentation skills are essential.
  • Certified across ORACLE and/or multiple vendors
  • Preferrable certification required – Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect Associate/Foundations Associate AND Oracle Analytics Solution Engineer Specialist
  • IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role.
