Reporting to the EGM – Strategy, M&A, Legal & Property, you are responsible for strategically managing DuluxGroup’s property portfolio of both leasehold and freehold large format retail, office, and warehousing / industrial properties.
You are responsible for tenancies across ANZ – split between Corporate/Industrial and Retail tenancies, as well as a small number of DuluxGroup properties internationally. You will focus on the commercial outcomes and processes relating to leasing and design strategies for the optimisation of property portfolio focussed on operational sites, select retail branches, and our corporate head office.
Working across the breadth of the organisation, you will have high levels of engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. The role will be supported by an indirect report who administers all property leases.

You will have excellent people skills, strong negotiation skills, and a natural ability to influence stakeholders across the board. Your prior experience in the corporate sector handling a large portfolio of local and international properties will be advantageous.
