Valuation, Pricing and Compassionate Care Team

See yourself in the team:

The Valuation, Pricing and Compassionate Care team has end-to-end ownership of residential property valuation for the home loan book, home loan pricing distribution and Compassionate Care management.

The Valuation Strategy and Collateral Management team is accountable for the residential property valuation strategy, automated valuation approach, property analytics, collateral management and loan-to-value reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will contribute to better customer financial wellbeing by providing faster and more accurate valuation outcome, creating innovative valuation/property related products that could help customers with their home buying journey, and helping senior management make sound decisions through more accurate data and reporting.

More specifically: 

You will have ownership of tasks and projects as directed by your manager, or as required by Senior Management or the wider business.

The range of subject expertise will span across:

• Valuation strategy reviews, optimisation, monitoring and insights
• Valuation and property projects with an aim to drive better customer outcome
• Collateral management and loan-to-value ratio methodology for home loans
• Improvements and automations of data and operational processes across the broader team

This is not a people manager role, but you will be required to guide other junior team members to achieve the business objectives.

We are interested in hearing from you…

• Strong business acumen and strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong experienced in using data (including big data) to create insights
• SAS / SQL at advanced level.
• Sound knowledge of the home loan origination process and end-to-end home loan life cycle would be desirable
