The Valuation Strategy and Operations (VSO) team has end to end ownership of residential property valuation, across strategy, valuation quality, valuer panel management and operational support to frontline lenders.
The Reporting and Insight team is responsible for reinventing the valuation services industry through world class analytics. We aim to do this by delivering strategic insights that are visually intuitive and that empower our leaders to make data driven decisions; we develop panel management strategies that drive process efficiencies. We utilise advanced analytical techniques to predict events and recommend optimal decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Have a good understanding of the end-to-end home loan process and how valuation fit into the process
- Accountable for leading end-to-end delivery of analytical solutions that deliver to a strategic outcomes
- Analyse, present and visualise data and insights in meaningful, creative, and compelling ways that builds the team brand
- Translate complex analysis and insights into key messages to be presented back to the business
- Deliver business insights and effective analytical reports to a high quality and in a timely manner, while ensuring they are meaningful to all parties involved
- Follow through all improvement initiatives which includes liaising with internal stakeholders to deliver better analysis / reporting solutions
We are interested in hearing from you…
- Strong display of insights analytical skills with strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Knowledge of Home Loan products and processes
- Effective communication skills in written and verbal. Ability to articulate complex insights in common business terms
- Advanced knowledge of large datasets and data analysis tools such as Teradata, SAS, Hadoop
- Experience in data visualisation tools such as Tableau
- High levels of motivation, drive and strong success orientation
