Mobile Devices and Connectivity are a critical part of Facebook’s mission to build community and bring the world closer together. As part of the Partnerships organization, this team works with our product and business colleagues across the company to identify, design and deliver solutions to enable us and our Partners to better connect people. We build technical relationships and manage programs with partners across Mobile Network Operators, OEMs, FB Reality Labs (FRL) and broader Connectivity initiatives. We are seeking an experienced, impact-focused leader for this dynamic, highly technical organization. You will lead a globally distributed team of engineers and technical program managers and be responsible for projects that span both our internal and partner systems, working together with Mobile Partnerships, as well as Mobile, Connectivity and FRL Product teams across Facebook. You will lead an organization that builds societal value across the globe with the goal of bringing internet access to everyone on the plane. Facebook gives people more ways to communicate, strengthens community bonds, and gives people the power to create more economic opportunities. Through this technical work with our Partners, you will be creating connectivity for first-time Internet users, enabling digital literacy to help build community, helping small businesses scale or improving the experiences for consumers across the Facebook family of products including Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Oculus Quest, Portal from Facebook and more. People from all backgrounds, with diverse experiences, perspectives, and ideas rely on Facebook to build community, and so to bring the world closer together, diversity is a must-have for Facebook, not an option. Facebook offers people who work here opportunities to find work that matters to them, understanding that finding meaningful work can be different for everyone. As we continue to build an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and can do the best work of their careers; we provide a variety of programs dedicated to helping people find community, understand the importance of diverse perspectives and tackle bias.
