Senior Manager - Business Lending Strategy

The Business Lending Strategy Team is responsible for the creation, monitoring and execution of a customer first strategy. The team has a broad reach across all areas of the business from customer experience, banker experience, market analysis, operations, marketing, systems and product development. 

The Strategy team sits within Business Lending’s Chief Operating Office. The COO is responsible for strategy, budgets, pricing/capital management, credit assurance, Line 1 Risk / Controls and acts as PMO for a variety of cross business critical projects.

This Senior Manager role sits at the heart of our business and will provide a unique opportunity for the right individual to stretch themselves in their planning and execution capabilities through broad stakeholder engagement and working horizontally across the bank.

• Monitor progress through data analysis and recommend adjustments to direction where required
• Own aspects of our project reporting and budget process
• Leverage our world class digital assets to support our business lending objectives
• Work horizontally across teams to improve customer and banker experience
• Develop Business Lending Strategy

• Strong strategic acumen including problem solving
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills
• A successful background in data analysis, reporting and project management
• Over 7 years’ experience working in management consulting and or financial services

Your qualifications

• Tertiary related qualifications in a business-related discipline are highly desirable
