The position is part of the Talent Acquisition department within Human Resources. A Recruitment Analyst IV for technical positions (DS) is responsible for managing the candidates coming through the different sources (Internal and external), regarding evaluation and formal interviews; also tracks and follow-up with the candidate's process until they are in their first day with TELUS International.

As additional responsibilities, a Recruitment Analyst IV has to comply with all needs regarding human resource for the different accounts and departments within, provide formal and structured feedback to candidates, and follow-up on their progress with formal sessions to make sure they are future qualified candidates for future positions or in the one selected to guarantee excellent pipeline. This professional will have shared responsibilities with Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Regional Recruitment for Central America.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 6 months as TELUS International employee
  • Minimum of 95% Attendance.
  • Minimum of 1 year as a TELUS International employee.
  • Minimum of 6 months in a Recruitment position or HR - Desirable
  • Schedule flexibility
  • 1 year minimum of experience using CRMs
  • IT Recruitment Certification (DevSkiller)

Knowledge:

  • Google G-Suite - Intermediate
  • Professional English Proficiency (B2/C1) - Multilingual is a plus.
  • Oral and written comprehension.
  • Appropriate use of language.
  • Scrum knowledge is a plus
  • Workday, Pipefy & Avature knowledge platforms are a plus
  • Strategic Recruitment and HR proven in projects
  • Basic market knowledge for IT roles
  • Job portals and/or job board familiarity (Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tecoloco, Quiero Aplicar, etc.)

Studies & Experience:

  • University degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Computing & Science - Required
  • Experience as a Sr. Recruiter or team leader attracting talent for different verticals, administrative, corporate, call center, ITO are plus
  • IT knowledge is a plus
