Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering,
• Information Systems or Applied Mathematics, or equivalent education and/or
• experience.
• Thorough knowledge of project management under PMI methodology. (3+)
• Experience planning and leading projects - all project phases (4+)
• Experience leading IT Projects of any kind - Infrastructure, Transformation,
• Application Development (5+)
• Use of MS Project (2+)
• Knowledge of MS Excel including capabilities to produce presentations and data
• models including analytical tools (formulas, VLookUp, charts, graphs and pivot
• tables) (2+)
• Demonstrated analytical, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills (2+)
• Demonstrated experience producing and maintaining project documents and
• processes (3+)
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate messages.

Added value:

• Typical project size - Up to USD $1M (3+)
• Knowledge of capital and operating budget planning, execution and reporting
• (2+)
• External Vendor Contracts, Procurement and Contract Management (+1)
• PMP Certified
• Experience in Telco, Public sector, Transportation, Financial sector or Retail (2+)
• Scrum training or certification.

Optional:

• Experience with Program Management or leading multiple projects -
• interconnected into programs or as separate projects (1+)
• ISO 9001 - involved in site certification, engaged in materials development to
• support site certification
• MBA or IT Master’s Certificate
• iTIL certified/trained
• Software Release Management (1+)
