The Opportunity

This is the perfect time to join our team as we are transforming our Talent Acquisition team in creating a specialized focus in Global Programming at Qurate Retail Group (QRG). The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager of Global Programs will be responsible for designing and implementing processes, systems, and innovative talent attraction solutions to create a global candidate experience that results in quality hires and efficient outcomes.

Your Impact

  • Evolving the Global Talent Acquisition Program Strategy and Planning function
  • Implementation & maintenance of global talent acquisition systems & processes, as well as the continued development of talent acquisition tools such as Workday, HireVue, Smashfly, Sterling and other digital talent attraction solutions.
  • Creation of key external relationships & building out the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion processes in partnership with the DE&I center of expertise, University Relations and other networks;
  • Leading & reviewing continuous improvement for the Global Sourcing Hub;
  • Utilizing analytics to develop key success measure and advance the use of Workday and various other candidate experience channels.
  • This role leads a cross-market team of dynamic professional specialists to create, implement and manage these solutions. 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
  • Program management and administration skills: organization, managing details, ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities, time management, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results
  • Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
  • Aptitude for learning and using technology for data analysis. Strong relationship skills; able to develop “trusted advisor” status at senior leadership levels to impact and influence decisions and effective actions with ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership and talent development skill set. Able to influence and develop a large team in disparate locations.
  • Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of business strategy. Strong experience working effectively within a matrix environment and building alignment in a cross-functional and team environment.
  • Change management, team leadership, and knowledge of factors that influence team member behaviors and decision-making at the individual, group, and organizational level.
