Job Description
We are currently looking for a Diversity, Inclusion & Talent (D, I & T) Impact Manager who will directly report to the Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Officer. You will work closely with your peers on Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Talent & Learning Development teams. The role can be based in Paris or in Milan.
Your opportunity
You will create the framework to support the implementation of our strategic roadmap alongside the D, I and T team, to ensure our vision and priorities are thoughtfully developed and supported, delivering impact at scale. Key to this will be understanding how to best secure commitment from different stakeholders and ensuring we deliver ongoing engagement to create sustainable change.
