Job Description

We are currently looking for a Diversity, Inclusion & Talent (D, I & T) Impact Manager who will directly report to the Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Officer. You will work closely with your peers on Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Talent & Learning Development teams. The role can be based in Paris or in Milan. 

Your opportunity 

You will create the framework to support the implementation of our strategic roadmap alongside the D, I and T team, to ensure our vision and priorities are thoughtfully developed and supported, delivering impact at scale. Key to this will be understanding how to best secure commitment from different stakeholders and ensuring we deliver ongoing engagement to create sustainable change. 

How you will contribute 

  • Co-develop the strategic roadmap, in partnership with D, I & T team, creating alignment within the Group, providing visibility and ensuring the right impact of our initiatives. 
  • Engage the stakeholders and broader global HR community by developing and delivering an effective communications and engagement plan (e.g. newsletters, town halls, Workplace animations, etc.) to create the desired impact and change across each stakeholder group. 
  • Be either a Project leader or Contributor depending on the initiative - maintaining a consolidated view of the project planning of all projects, supporting the design and roll-out of projects, pushing priorities and key projects forward and being a PMO in specifics projects based on priorities. 
  • You focus on creating impact by identifying and monitoring KPIs

Who you are

  • You have experience in enabling behavioral culture change 
  • You are a confident communicator who can build consensus and clearly communicate complex ideas, engaging audiences at all levels of the organization 
  • You are comfortable with adjusting plans in a fast-paced, complex and ambiguous environment 
  • You have a strong understanding of organizational change and the HR function, built either through working directly within HR or closely working with HR teams 
  • You have a track record of developing and managing projects, including ability to drive change effectively with a complexity management.
