Your skills and experience

  • Active contribution to the development of Credit Suisse China Private Banking onshore strategy 
  • Originate the China Private Banking onshore business in achieving targets via acquiring clients/assets, generating profitability and promoting the cross selling of Credit Suisse products by providing competent and professional financial advisory service within external (compliance, due diligence) and internal (procedures and controls) guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of our offshore franchise from onshore via continued cross-border collaboration with the HK / SG offshore teams in compliant with all relevant cross-border regulations and procedures
  • Identify onshore prospects and originate client relationship for onshore-to-offshore cross border business opportunities including both Private Banking, Investment banking and Asset Management and contribute to onshore wealth management business preparation
  • Identify clients’ investment needs and provide quality service in line with Credit Suisse internal guidelines to retain, maintain and expand client relationships
  • Regularly work with offshore teams to understand the markets development and facilitate the discussion with onshore clients
  • Committed to maintaining the highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture and in order to meet bank's policies and obligations
  • Bachelor’s degree from a university or an institute of higher education with proven track record of minimum 3-7 years of relevant experience in client acquisition and management of wealth for clients
  • Proficiency in English as well as in the native language spoken by the clients to be covered for the relevant market
