Our Talent Acquisition team is currently looking to expand our internal Executive Recruiting capability and build a top tier Executive level talent pipeline by the addition of a dedicated Executive Recruiter with broad-based recruiting capabilities with experience and passion for sourcing and recruiting Executive Leadership candidates. You will have direct access into the organization to develop business knowledge while gaining the visibility of Senior and C-Suite leaders. You will build and implement creative and efficient full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify, engage and present top talent for tomorrow’s opportunities. Pursuing an Executive Recruiter who continuously raises the bar and seeks exceptional personal and organizational results. Main Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and execute effective Executive level talent acquisition strategies Cultivate business relationships with executive leaders —both internally and in the external market Partner with Leaders and other internal Talent Acquisition professionals proactively to forecast and understand executive level talent needs including, determine hiring targets and refining position profiles and hiring specifications\ Understand the talent strategy and business strategy and then communicates strategy to candidates as a compelling story. Build, maintains, and uses labor market expertise of executive prospects across multiple executive-level roles Leverage best in class sourcing techniques and social media recruiting skills. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels Build an executive candidate pipeline of the best talent Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, network alignment, and compatibility to the organization Conduct confidential interviews, recommends prospective employees and provide detailed profile summaries, evaluate candidates using Ecolab specific assessment methodologies and follow-up references Lead candidates through the recruiting and selection process ensuring efficiency in scheduling, timely feedback and appropriate utilization on candidate time – creating a positive candidate experience ​Keep abreast of cutting-edge knowledge topics relevant to the Executive recruiting (collect intelligence from the marketplace, identify trends and patterns) Evaluate, manage and develop 3rd-party recruiting resources (executive search firms, research contractors, relevant job-boards, etc.) Represent Ecolab Inc. with knowledge, confidence and professionalism Serve as an active member of the Talent Acquisition team focused on: tracking key success and performance metrics, identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and/or constraints, and ensuring recruiting remains a leadership agenda item Required Qualifications: Eight+ years of previous recruiting and selection experience, including partnering with C-Suite leaders within a Fortune 500 company or executive search firm environment focused on identifying, attracting and hiring highly talented executive level candidates Bachelor’s degree required, preferred HR or Business Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree a plus Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cultivate trust based relationships with hiring managers, candidates, recruiting colleagues and vendors Strong tracking, research skills and analytical skills Executive recruiting and talent advisor capability including candidate assessment/selection, conversion (advanced understanding of total reward packages and negotiation tactics), candidate interactions (developed relationships with prospects, reading between the lines to anticipate their needs) Recruiting Process Excellence – applying talent methodologies and processes to executive-level talent acquisition Possess a relentless drive to find, engage and connect with top talent through the use of strategic channels and proactive recruitment and sourcing techniques High energy, resourceful with exceptional organizational and administrative skills, at ease with abundance of details and complexity, yet mindful of big picture, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently Data driven--constantly measuring and analyzing results with the ability to communicate impact to leadership Focused, systematic, organized and analytical Experience in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting executive candidates; including, highly developed skills in market mapping, name generation, cold calling, candidate attraction, and key stakeholder management.
