YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a world-class Q-Commerce Business Analyst to become part of our HQ Global Growth Q-commerce team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? THE JOURNEY

  • Have a 360 understanding of all Glovo growth levers and optimise their strategy for the Q-commerce business (pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives, Comms)
  • Support our stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and challenge the status quo to enable our QC growth strategy and negotiate key trade-offs
  • Be a part of the implementation and execution of the strategies defined in all Glovo markets (25)
  • Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team make the right decisions
  • Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights, actions and results
  • Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, increase frequency and retention rates and maximise profitability
  • Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings on the different Growth experiments to be able to provide clear guidance on what worked, what did not work and what could be improved
  • Connect with relevant stakeholders to make sure analysis and data sourcing is consistent among Glovo
  • Have an active role in the expansion of the Glovo Q-commerce rocket

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in fast-paced data-driven environments delivering actionable insights (Growth / Marketing / Consulting / Analytics / Tech / startups / FMCG or similar)
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
  • Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to new issues). You are obsessed with making things happen!
  • Great business knowledge, sense and intuition and passion for end-to-end project management
  • Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgement when necessary
  • A very good understanding of numbers and excellent analytical skills with a passion for the latest tools & technology
  • Challenger of status quo and great negotiator while simultaneously keeping multiple stakeholders satisfied 
  • Ninja expertise in Google sheets / Excel is a must
  • SQL experience is highly appreciated. Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools as well as interest in other querying languages is a plus
  • Outstanding attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication, visualisation & storytelling skills
  • Curious attitude and eager to learn
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
