The role

Você trabalhará em nosso Backoffice, em contato com os nossos Gerentes de Desenvolvimento de Negócios e com toda a área de Operações, apoiando nas demandas enviadas pelos clientes. Além disso terá a oportunidade de criar e acompanhar relatórios que ofereçam suporte para o prosseguimento de diversas demandas que estão sob a responsabilidade do Backoffice.

  • Inserir dados cadastrais no sistema;
  • Inserir/atualizar dados cadastrais dos clientes, no nosso sistema.
  • Apoiar nas solicitações de análise de crédito.
  • Realizar acompanhamento do status de solicitação de cotação.
  • Apoiar a liderança no acompanhamento/diulgação de relatórios de acompanhamento das atividades realizadas no Backoffice.
  • Entender os processos da área, para criar e atualizar manuais, com os passos de diferentes tarefas realizadas.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Estar no penúltimo ano de graduação em: Ciências da Computação, Análise de Sistemas, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração ou Marketing.
  • Idioma: inglês avançado para conversação
  • Horário: 9:00 às 16:00
