To promote the hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market.
Maximize up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking.
Develop and maintain good relationships with officials and representatives of local community groups and companies, and attend out-of-town conventions and trade shows, to promote new business and increase sales for the hotel.
Actively participate in forecasting and goal setting. Participate in the annual budget process, and development of sales and marketing plans.
Work Experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
May coordinate business group activities at the hotel and work closely with other departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients.
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
Experience in Opera.
Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
