Responsibilities-

  • Design dashboards / prepare process flows and help in building the

ETL packages for the client

  • Solve analytical problems
  • Effectively communicate methodologies and results.
  • Draw relevant inferences and insights from data including

identification of trends and anomalies.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams and

engagement teams.

Education and Awareness-

  • Master’s in quantitative discipline, like Management or

Bachelors in Compu

  • ter Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics,

Accountancy

  • 2+ years of hands on experience with software tools: AWS,

Azure, Python, Hadoop, Qlik, Power BI, SQL, Java, SAS, any

ETL tools.

  • 2+ years (Associate) and 4+ years (Senior Associate) of

experience in business analytics, forecasting or business

planning with specialization on analytical dashboard creation,

modelling, quantitative methods and metrics reporting.

  • Deep understanding of data warehouse, data ingestion, and

data analysis.

  • Profound knowledge in any ETL tools and concepts of using

them

  • Hands on experience in deploying cloud environment, cloud

migration, big data and cloud computing

  • Experience in Tableau or any other visualization tool is added

advantage.

  • Key responsibilities are assigned based on an evaluation of the

candidate’s professional qualification, relevant experience,

capabilities in various actions like modelling complex

problems, discovering insights and building cutting edge

algorithms that identify opportunities through statistical

models, machine learning and visualization techniques.

  • The candidate need to collaborate with business leaders and

cross-functional teams to solve problems, create operational

efficiencies and deliver successfully against high organizational

standards.

  • The candidate should be able to apply a breadth of tools, data

sources and analytical techniques to answer high-impact

business questions and present new insights.

  • The candidate should be consistently demonstrate teamwork

dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal

and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment

by building solid relationships with team members; and

proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.

  • The candidate should serve as participant on communications

with numerous engagement teams.
