The Omni Returns Product team builds products for everything Returns! We thrive to provide best in class returns experience to our customers & build scalable solutions to handle the returns in the most efficient way from start to finish.
Our team works on both front end & backend solutions and covers the breadth of return lifecycle. We build products for both external & internal customers and are focused on innovating in Returns space.
The Senior Manager, Product Management builds products in the Returns space, to create an impact for millions of customers & Walmart associates. This role will help optimize returns by driving best disposition decisioning, systems, processes, and supply chain solutions. This role will be responsible for owning multiple products within returns to drive optimization, profitability and cost reduction across end to end return journey. This role will be responsible for coming up with strategy & roadmap for this area of Returns & manage a small team of Product Managers.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
