The Opportunity 

As a core member of the enterprise communications team, this individual will focus on driving broad market awareness for how Adobe products are powering the ways brands do business. We are looking for someone with a passion for media relations and strong writing skills, to deliver impactful programs for solutions in Adobe Experience Cloud—which over 12,000 customers, including 87% of Fortune 100 companies, rely on to deliver standout customer experiences. Adobe is now integrating powerful generative AI directly into Experience Cloud, reinventing how teams get work done and fueling productivity and creativity in the enterprise. The communications team works closely with leaders across the business and global marketing organization, to drive announcements that are both eye-catching and easy to understand. This individual will also collaborate with different teams to support integrated campaigns. The role reports to the Enterprise Public Relations lead. 

What You'll Do 

  • Drive external communications programs for Adobe’s Experience Cloud business and generative AI innovations for the enterprise, with a focus on earned media as well as owned and paid initiatives.
  • Partner with the customer communications team and lead announcements of major new enterprise deals, value relation stories, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Support communication programs for major Adobe events including Adobe Summit, as well as industry events where Adobe has a presence.
  • Work closely with business leaders on go-to-market strategies and product messaging to create impactful narratives for Adobe Experience Cloud and generative AI.
  • Drive Adobe’s enterprise thought leadership through insights (surveys, quantitative studies), as well as proactive media opportunities for key business leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across enterprise social media, analyst relations, field and employee communications, demand generation, web and the regional PR teams to deliver impactful integrated campaigns—and extend the life of PR content.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, and/or journalism
  • Background in the enterprise technology sector a plus
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record working with top tier media to drive impactful stories 
  • Understanding of multimedia, visual storytelling and modern communications platforms
  • Self-start and highly collaborative; Ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business/Marketing, or a related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,100 -- $206,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
