Key Account Manager, Vaccines Business Unit

Location:

Lviv preferable

Territory of responsibility: Western Ukraine includes different Ukrainian regions ( Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Volyn, Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi and Zakarpattia )

Direct reporting line :

Sales Manager Vaccines

Travels and business trips:

Often , more than 50 %

Job objective / Responsibilities :

  • To Evaluate and build business relation with target customers/ accounts / institutions in respective areas : key decision makers at institutional accounts , key private clinics ,key HCPs ,pharmacies , associations 
  • To increase demand through scientific collaboration and negotiations with institutional decision makers and heads of private clinics;
  • To increase demand though tender purchases at regional levels under their responsibility
  • To monitor and analyze demand on public regional tender market ;
  • To ensure the implementation of the goals for the SP business and sales in respective areas; 
  • Implementation of strategy and analysis of the region, creation of an Action Plan for each region under their responsibility;
  • Focus on the successful development of key customers (institutional accounts ,private vaccination practice, private clinics, healthcare professionals) in the regions, in accordance with defined strategies and business plans;
  • Manage the development of cooperation with Head of healthcare area and the most potential professionals in the regions in order to increase the level of awareness of vaccination;
  • Organizing and conducting educational events (round tables, conferences, congresses) in the regions to raise awareness among health professionals;
  • Develop and Engage loyalty of decision makers, leading professionals and key clients to Sanofi Pasteur products;
  • To provide marketing and medical information about vaccines to physicians , decision makers;
  • To analyze and monitor actions of competitors;
  • To find and develop new KOLs for vaccines business with good reputation in responsible areas.

Experience :

At least 2 years on KAM position at pharmaceutical company

Education:

Higher education in medicine or pharmacy

English Language:

English – Intermediate level and higher

PC skills:

Good computer skills (Windows , Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express)

Skills/Characteristics:

  • Experience in sales and management (commerce) and promoting combined with strong product knowledge;
  • Marketing and sales techniques knowledge;
  • Valid driving license and experience;
  • Proven leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, project management skills.
