Duties and Responsibilities:
Test and release incoming raw materials (enzymes and reagents).
Test rotor lots for precision and performance
Process and analyze data using basic statistical methods and internal software
Analyze test results and prepare test batch records
Support the company’s rotor retention program, ensuring well organized storage of samples
Initiate, perform, and monitor rotor stability studies.
Verify target values and release hematology controls
Test and release hematology reagents.
Analyze in-line testing rotor lot data for rotor lot release
Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMP)
Initiate and assist in resolving non-conformances (NCRs) related to QC inspection and testing
Qualifications:
BS (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or any other relevant scientific discipline
1-2 years of laboratory work experience required
Experience with in-vitro diagnostics preferred
Laboratory and technical competence including basic statistical analysis
Strong attention to details
Working knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
