Condé Nast is seeking an Associate Content Marketing Manager to play a key role on the Continuity team within the Consumer Revenue Division. Working closely with cross-functional business stakeholders within the editorial, product, marketing and creative teams, the Associate Content Manager will coordinate and manage subscription box content and marketing for Allure Beauty Box & GQ Box subscription products. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute Subscription Box content that supports financial goals and raises brand awareness 
  • Maintain creative and promotional calendars for Allure Beauty Box & GQ Box supporting launches and box sales for print, digital and social media as well as the Member store product launches 
  • Collaborate with key cross functional partners to ensure the success of the Subscription Box programs 
  • Establish core relationships with product teams to support & lead on content ideation with keen understanding of product assortment and selling points 
  • Act as main liaison for the creative/editorial teams of Allure and GQ and ensure marketing placements to generate new subscriptions
  • Responsible for the management and shipping of samples for product shoots including receiving, organizing, distributing and tracking 
  • Ensure content execution and promotion of key brand/retail box partnerships and influencer relationships 
  • Monitor competitive landscape, developing actionable insights 
  • Understand business KPI’s and exhibit the ability to pivot quickly to achieve KPI goals 
  • All other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of content management experience particularly within beauty, lifestyle or fashion landscape
  • Exceptional communication, presentation & relationship management skills necessary to interface with a variety of personnel at multiple levels
  • Willingness and ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of attention to detail and quality control 
  • Strong prioritization & time management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Passion for and key understanding of the beauty/grooming industry and fashion trends
  • Team player with “no job is too small” attitude 
  • Entrepreneurial, tenacious spirit and ability to excel in innovative, fast-paced environment 
  • E-commerce experience preferred; Shopify experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Suite preferred 

Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
