Job Description
1、负责蚂蚁东南亚客户资金运营体系和相应运营平台能力建设
Responsible for customer funds operation system and building corresponding platform capabilities of Ant Financial in Southeast Asia.
2、负责蚂蚁东南亚客户资金清结算、账务核算及差错处置，保障资金安全和客户体验
Responsible for customer funds settlement clearing, accounting and exception handling in Southeast Asia, to ensure protection of funds and customer experience.
3、负责蚂蚁东南亚客户资金运营事后监督、监管报表以及相应的客户资金合规管理
Responsible for the management on post-transaction supervision , regulatory reporting and corresponding compliance with regulatory requirements on customer funds.
Job requirements
1、有全球资金运营管理经验者优先。
Candidate with experience in global funds operation management is preferred.
2、七年以上工作经验, 有丰富的银行或金融机构的资金清算、结算和对账等流程管理的相关经验；有较强的项目管理和业务流程标准化、系统自动化的经验。
At least 7 years of work experience; strong experience in funds clearing, settlement and reconciliation in banks or financial institutions; strong experience in project management, process workflow optimization and system automation.
3、有出色的学习能力，深厚客户服务和风险控制意识，并具备较强的跨部门沟通能力，强有力的执行力和抗压能力。
Excellent learning abilities, deep sense and awareness of customer service and risk control, strong cross-department communication skills, and demonstrated excellent ability to execute and work effectively under pressure.
4、英语听说读写流利；较强的书面和口头表达能力。
Fluent in English, advanced in written and oral communication skills.
