POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs painting of factory, office buildings, rolling stock, plant areas and equipment using different applications of brush, roller, dip or spray painting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have three (3) years of industrial experience in painting and coating, using various application techniques to achieve desired results according to specifications, blueprints and oral instructions
• Must have experience in parking lot stripping and layouts, wall covering applications, and stencil cutting and sign layout
• Must be able to work from oral and written instructions
• Must pass qualifying test/tests

Or all of the following:

• Graduate of approved painter's apprenticeship.
• Must pass qualifying test/ tests.

REQUIRED EDUCATION (including Major):

High School or Equivalent

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift
