Raytheon Technology is seeking Junior, Mid, and Senior Level personnel with a background and skill set to provide strategic expertise, covering all facets of CT analysis and hostage and personnel recovery analysis, including the following: intelligence production, content management, dissemination support, software requirements management, and intelligence systems training activities. Contractor personnel shall conduct research and analysis, produce finished intelligence, populate various databases, and disseminate a broad array of intelligence products dealing with terrorist networks, personalities, facilities, and resources.

The Task Order requires timely and skilled support of DCTC related to CT analytic and analytic enabling activities. The worked to be performed under this contract shall be performed at DIA facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR): Reston, VA, DIA HQ, Pentagon, Liberty Crossing, and Bethesda, MD.

Description and Requirements:

All Source Analyst - POW I MIA shall: Mid Level Position

• The IC POW/MIA Analytic Cell maintains an interagency analytic capability to support activities related to personnel recovery (PR), POW/MIA, detention, hostages, kidnappings, remains recovery for U.S. service members, U.S. citizens and designated foreign nationals. Production in support of this mission shall include regional and country-specific threat of capture and PR assessments, analysis of state and on-state actors' plans, intentions, procedures and operations to capture, hold, and exploit U.S. and Coalition personnel and hostage case updates.
• Maintain the IC U.S. and Foreign Captive Intelligence Database as a common service to the PR community.
• Produce in standard DIA product lines, NCTC product lines, and briefings to both tactical and strategic customers that meet ODNI and DIA analytic tradecraft standards.
• Support DoD field collectors and determine the best methodology to prepare and produce integrated intelligence products including targeting products in direct support of special operations.

Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel.
