Lead IA/Information System Security Manager
Raytheon Technologies has an ongoing need for qualified, cleared candidates to provide services to innovate, develop and maintain various enterprise advanced capabilities.
'Required Skills:
- DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS Final Suitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10 - 15+ years of relevant experience.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field of study with 10+ yrs of relevant professional experience.
- 10 years of relevant security experience for large-scale IT and database systems comprised of a multi-tier architecture and the integration of highly complex commercial software products and custom code in C++, JAVA, and PL/SQL programming languages.
- Experience leading IA Engineering or Information Systems Security teams, preferably supporting enterprise IT O&M technologies and/or programs.
- In-depth knowledge/expertise with Federal and DHS security requirements or equivalent processes for certification and accreditation, vulnerability scanning and remediation, contingency planning, and interface connection documentation.
- Ability to understand technology strategies and key components of biometric systems.
- Experience/knowledge of Safe Agile Framework (SAFe) Development.
Security Clearance:
Secret clearance required with eligibility for Top Secret. Candidates with DHS Suitability and/or Top Secret clearance are highly desired.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
