Raytheon Technologies intends to offer a proposal in support of STARGAZER. An experienced Senior Information Systems Security Engineer focusing on established programmatic and quantitative methods to find patterns and relationships in large data sets.
Job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Conducting mathematical, statistical, or other data-driven problem solving analysis to identify business operations or intelligence questions by internal and external customers
- Work independently with minimal supervision by first line supervisor or government client
Required:
- Four (4) or more years’ experience maintaining security posture of the customer's compute environments, including cloud environments
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of, and workflows for, security accreditation projects under the ICD503 Rev. 4 framework
- Extensive knowledge of customer's information system security policies, and risk management framework
- Five (5) or more years’ experience creating and maintaining security system plans (SSP) and other security relevant documentation for computer systems and applications
Desired:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with customer Information System Security Managers (ISSMs) to ensure security compliance of systems
- Experience obtaining IC reciprocity for at least one security accreditation project
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
