Raytheon Technology is seeking Junior, Mid, and Senior Level personnel with a background and skill set to provide strategic expertise, covering all facets of CT analysis and hostage and personnel recovery analysis, including the following: intelligence production, content management, dissemination support, software requirements management, and intelligence systems training activities. Contractor personnel shall conduct research and analysis, produce finished intelligence, populate various databases, and disseminate a broad array of intelligence products dealing with terrorist networks, personalities, facilities, and resources.

The Task Order requires timely and skilled support of DCTC related to CT analytic and analytic enabling activities. The work to be performed under this contract shall be performed at DIA facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR): Reston, VA, DIA HQ, Pentagon, Liberty Crossing, and Bethesda, MD.

Description and Requirements:

All Source Analyst-TRE Issue Manager - Team Chief shall:

  • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
  • DCTC's TRE produces IIRs, maintains an up-to-date library of Tactical Interrogation Reports (TIR), and acts as a liaison to the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). Through a formal information-sharing agreement with JSOC, the TRE's primary function is to handle, process, and disseminate counterterrorism-focused IIRs based on information from TIRs.
  • Draft and finalize IIRs primarily based on intelligence extracted from TIRs
  • Edit and disseminate finished IIRs written by other TRE members via HOT-R or CHROME
  • Review, process, and disseminate Source Directed Requirements (SDRs) and Evaluations received through email and/or automatically generated via HOT-R or CHROME.
  • Review, process, and provide responses to foreign release, downgrade, and declassification requests emailed to TRE
  • Understand DIA and broader IC CT analytic priorities and associated collection requirements.
  • Train and maintain oversight of TRE contractor line analysts and delegate daily production task appropriately.
  • Communicate guidance, expectations, and production priorities to TRE line analysts.
  • Brief senior leadership and communicate upcoming requirements, resource needs, and shifting priorities
  • Compile and report daily production metrics, maintain multiple spreadsheets and accurately project quarterly production metrics.
  • Complete tasker and research requirements with no guidance.
  • Seek resolutions and collaborate with appropriate JSOC and other DoD and IC organizations without oversight

Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel.
