Raytheon Technologies Intelligence and Space (RI&S) – Cyber Security & Special Missions (CSM) has an immediate opening for Program Manager for an exciting new opportunity. The ideal candidate for this job will be an experienced program manager who is goal-oriented and strives to exceed expectations. This position will be responsible for all work performed on the program. The Project Manager will not just be responsible for managing the program, but will be the functional lead who performs project management duties as ancillary duties. The Program Manager will be a single point of contact for the Customer.
Job Description:
- Ability to provide overall strategic management, defines the program scope and objectives, manages project’s scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Ability to develop program management plans, program documentation, work breakdown structures, program schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation.
- Prepares charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing and effectively presenting information.
- Reviews risk and risk mitigation activities of the program and proposes budgets for the same.
- Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of task and contract deliverables, briefings/presentations, and program reviews.
- Knowledge of ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviews program deliverables.
- Ability to interface with all areas affected by the project including other intra-organizational parties, other Government organizations, and end users; and
- Knowledge of ensuring compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience in providing leadership and vision in incident handling, response, and analysis.
- Must be hands-on and have intimate knowledge and experience in cybersecurity, incident response, and analysis; digital forensics; security vulnerabilities/weaknesses and related attacks; network security issues and encryption technologies; management of lab environments to include flyaway kits.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Possess good time management and written and oral communications skills
- The PM shall lead a team with responsibilities to assist the Government in continuing to evolve cybersecurity technologies to answer leading edge security problems to include advanced visualization solutions, exfiltration detection modeling and analysis, malware detection, automated analysis and modeling, and sandbox analysis systems.
- The program manager is also responsible for management and delivery of the quarterly program management review (PMR).
- The PM must have intimate knowledge of cybersecurity and security applications.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- The program manager position requires 15 years of program management and/or business analysis experience.
- Must have demonstrable experience overseeing the execution of large and/ or complex programs or task orders, monitoring and directing all work performed, managing deliverables development and submission, and coordinating closely with the Government requirements lead on all requirements definition, acquisition and program management tasks.
- The position requires a Bachelor's degree Engineering, or Business, or other related discipline.
- Experience successfully managing programs for the Department of Homeland Security is preferred.
REQUIRED Clearance: DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) (existing, or ability to obtain)
