Raytheon is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment; including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Raytheon Cybersecurity and Special Missions (CSM) is seeking a Systems Administrator (RSA

Archer) to support the design, development, and deployment of advanced cybersecurity capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• As an Archer SME, leading and/or supporting the development of new Archer capabilities in a DevSecOps environment
• Supporting the operations and maintenance aspects of deployed cybersecurity capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
• 6+ years of directly relevant systems administration experience including experience with RSA Archer
• Hands-on experience with RSA Archer deployment, management, and customization
• Working knowledge of hardware, software, vulnerability, and configuration management data and tools
• Working knowledge of XML and Archer API integration
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and SQL Server management
• Exceptional teamwork skills.

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of Splunk reporting
• Hands-on knowledge of Elastic Search ELK stack
• Working knowledge of cloud services and deployment systems within it
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree level education.

Desired Certifications:

• DoD 8570.1 IAT Level I
