Raytheon Technologies, a world leader in precision geo-location systems and operations support, has offered a proposal for an upcoming contract to provide 24/7/365 geolocation support to a customer near Augusta, Georgia.

We are looking to hire Passive Geolocation Specialist called Apprentice Operator – Passive (AO-Ps). These operators shall perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing real-time geolocation and collection operations. The operator shall be able to use various tools and databases to create, modify and assess requirements; adjust collection system/access tasking; monitor the status of a collection system/access; monitor dataflow architecture and identify and communicate any problems or discrepancies; provide first-instance troubleshooting; and provide technical/operational guidance to customers and educate supported units in capabilities.AO-P’s may also perform the role of mentor to less experienced operators in order to enhance and reinforce the standards of the customer's Training Program and JOIO Operational TTPs.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.
• Two (2) years of operational experience, within the last five (5) years with one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor) in collection or geolocation.

Desired Qualifications

• NSAG Passive Geolocation Certification or
• SCE Airborne Collection Operator Certification

Technologies

• Real-time RF COMINT collection (Airborne, Space borne, Terrestrial, NTM) of:
• Narrow-band analog Push-to-Talk radios
• Digital Mobile Radios (point-to-point, networked via RF or IP)
• Trunk Mobile Radio Systems
• High Powered Cordless Phones
• Personal Communication Devices operating in 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies
• Manual, automatic, and/or synthetic Time/Frequency Difference of Arrival (T/FDOA) geolocation operations of COMINT emitters
• Multi-aperture Direction Finding

Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of relevant experience
• Years of experience, and/OR additional certifications may be substituted for a degree, with a high school diploma

Must be available for and willing to work assigned shift to maintain 24/7/365 operations.
