Raytheon Engineering Team is looking for a cross-disciplinary Integrated Product Team (IPT) Control Account Manager (CAM) / Deputy Lead on the Apex program in Aurora, Colorado. As the IPT CAM/Deputy Lead, you will support a diverse team of systems, software, and integration & verification (I&V) engineers in this software maintenance and development effort on the Apex program.
The individual is responsible for staffing to program plans, schedule definition and execution, technical and programmatic status & direction, Earned Value Management (EVM) status reporting, risk and opportunities definition and management, and coordination with other discipline leads to ensure program success. The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret security clearance is required for this position
The selected candidate must have an active TS/SCI SSBIclearance.
A bonus of "up to" $40,000.00 is available to hired applicants with an active TS/SCI, or higher clearance
Responsibilities:
CAM serving with a cross-disciplinary team of Systems, Software and Test Engineers under the Mission Management team
Management of the IPT’s cost and schedule which includes Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance in conjunction with program planners and cost account management (CAM) using Earned Value Management (EVMS) techniques
The SMC IPT CAM/Deputy Lead reports programmatically to the IPT Lead and functionally to the Apex Section Manager, and interfaces with the other IPT CAMs, IPT Leads, Operations Manager, and the Program Engineer.

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related STEM degree program from an Accredited University/School/College with 10+ years of relevant work experience
