Position Overview
Under general supervision, your responsibility as a THIRD SHIFT OPTICIAN (10:30pm-7am) will be to conventionally grind and polish optical materials to a specific tolerance. You may be assigned both flat surfaces and spherical lenses and mirrors and work with a variety of materials used at different wavelengths. Responsibilities include:
Perform these and train on other activities which may be assigned or which may occur in the normal course of work.
Education / Certifications
HS diploma. Technical high school and/or trade school degree preferred.

NOTE THAT THIRD SHIFT HOURS ARE FROM 10:30pm-7am. TRAINING WILL BE DONE ON FIRST SHIFT. YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL PAY
