Raytheon Blackbird Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cyber Operations Planner to support the USSOCOM J3 to synchronize cyber integration efforts; develop cyber action plans; develop and assist with concepts of operations (CONOP); facilitate exercise plans; make recommendations related to cyber requirements and needs; coordinate urgent cyber operational needs; review, track and manage cyberspace operations intelligence requirements; advocate for cyber-related capabilities with the Joint Staff, Services, and DoD Agencies; and provide cyber support to National and Theater SOF organizations across all lines of SOF operations in order to execute Commander, USSOCOM 's priorities.

Travel – Position will require travel to CONUS and OCONUS non-hazardous locations.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform all tasks assigned to the Intermediate Cyber Operations Planner
• Apply advanced knowledge of CO and use Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) for operations strategies and planning.

Required qualifications:

• Masters’ Degree, B.S. or B.A in Computer Science or a related technical field or 6 years' experience in technical or computer network operations development and planning and 7 years related military or civilian experience.
• 4 years' experience at a combatant command or Joint Staff conducting and leading OCO planning and writing OCO plans and orders
• 4 years’ experience at a combatant command or Joint Staff providing planning support for joint cyberspace for strategic, operational, or tactical level operations and exercises.
• Graduate of a minimum of one of the following courses: Joint Attack Course, Joint Cyber Analysis Course graduate, Joint Cyberspace Operations Planning Course, Joint Information Operations Planning Course
• Current DOD TS clearance and eligible for SCI access required
