Raytheon Intelligence and Space seeks a creative, organized, people-centered candidate to fill the role of Program Manager in our Advanced Electronic Warfare group. This role will involve significant interaction with our technical staff on multiple classified projects. This position is responsible for day to day execution of assigned programs. Duties include management of all cost, schedule and technical execution of assigned programs. The position requires regular interface with our functional counterparts such as Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Quality and requires regular interfacing with our internal customers. The success of these programs drives future business growth therefore it is critical not only to the warfighter but also our internal growth projections. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently handle complex program management issues while helping the engineering teams to focus on the technical work to be achieved and the big picture of their efforts.

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of direct work experience in program management, systems engineering, or related military experience
• Expertise in the MS Office Suite, including MS Project
• Experience with financial tracking, including the use of MS Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with task planning, staffing, and tracking of multiple projects with multiple personnel
• Existing secret (or higher level) security clearance, and the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Desired traits:

• Understanding of EW principles, systems, and concepts of operations
• Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Attack (EA) technique experience, to include traditional and cognitive/adaptive approaches
• Experience in managing classified projects
• Ability to work with remote teams and team members
• An excellent communicator with good presentation and writing skills
• Position may require some amount travel for customer presentations/meetings

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Math, Engineering or a related field.
