Job Description:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Crane Radar RestorationProgram Manager within the Sea & Logistics Solutions team. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direct management to ensure adherence to program schedules, costs, milestones and technical performance, prepare corrective action plans for technical and schedule issues, and coordinate/lead proposal preparation. The Program Manager will be accountable for achieving all internal financial goals, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance to all applicable policies and procedures. The Program Manager will work closely with our Navy customer to ensure programmatic concerns are addressed in a timely manner and foster strong working relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or eight (8) years of additional experience in lieu of degree
• Entrepreneurially minded individual with demonstrated experience growing and executing a successful business, program and/or leadership of teams
• Experience utilizing program management practices including scheduling (MS Project), earned value management systems (EVMS), financial systems and program control, risk and opportunity (R&O) management
• Experience working manufacturing production and/or repair programs
• Experience working with cross functional teams and organizations
• Demonstrated innovative ‘out of the box’ thinking to support business objectives
• Effective oral, written, listening and computer skills to develop and present briefings
• Sound ethical values built upon trust, respect and ‘doing the right thing’
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance at a minimum

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior Program Management experience for a DoD program
• Program Management or technical team leadership certifications
• Prior experience successfully leading a cross-functional team of diverse individuals to a common business objective
• Experience on DoD Customer Research and Development, Technical Demonstration or Engineering, Manufacturing, & Development, or Production Programs

This position requires a U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
