Raytheon Technologies Cyber Defense and Offense EXperts (CodeX) is focused on providing software and hardware level information security solutions ranging the spectrum of offensive and defensive security technologies for computer network operations. Key areas of focus include reverse engineering, persistence/anti-persistence technologies, forensics/anti-forensic analysis, vulnerability assessment, wireless and network communications, and low level development. Position Responsibilities

Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) / Cybersecurity, Training and Services (CTS) Mission Area/ Cyber Defense and Offense EXperts (CodeX) Information Technology (CodeX IT) is seeking talented DevOps engineers to assist our team with a Network and Server Infrastructure migration project to AWS GovCloud. We are seeking DevOps engineers with experience working in an agile and fast past environment. Experience with AWS services and previous migration projects is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Setup and maintain AWS services in Development, Test, and Production environments
• Manage virtual Linux and Windows Servers
• Use and develop scripting tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Python to provision and configure servers, services, and applications
• Follow best practices for disaster recovery/business continuity in server and network design
• Provide expertise for IT Operational management of monitoring, disaster recovery, compliance/auditing, networking, and storage

Required Skills and Experiences

• 4+ Years in either IT Development and IT Operations
• Must be a U.S Citizen
• Subject Matter Expertise in Linux/Windows Systems Administration and/or AWS
• Experience developing automation solutions utilizing Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Python
• Working knowledge of general networking concepts such as Load Balancers, DNS, SSL, Firewalls
• Experience deploying and maintaining Atlassian Tool suite such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Bamboo

Desired Skills and Experiences

• Broad familiarity with company structure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• General Networking experience TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DHCP
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud storage solutions
• Working experience in an Agile/DevOps environment
• Experience building a CI/CD pipeline
• Professional Certifications such as: AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, Linux+, Security+, CCNA

Required Education:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field; OR 8 additional years of Engineering, Computer or Information Science applicable professional experience in lieu of degree.
